Important limitations
- The sale of binary options to retail consumers is prohibited in the UK (FCA, since 2 April 2019), with equivalent restrictions across the EU. The FCA warns that any firm offering binary options to UK retail consumers is likely to be a scam.
- Binary and digital options are high-risk: a single wrong prediction can lose the whole amount staked.
