Signalvexa is an analysis tool, not an adviser, broker, or exchange. Read section 2 before acting on anything it outputs.
1. What Signalvexa is
Signalvexa reads public market data, computes technical indicators, scores a set of weighted factors, and returns probability estimates, an explanation, and an illustrative trade setup for the asset and timeframe you choose.
2. What Signalvexa is not — read this one
- Not financial advice. Nothing produced here is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell anything. It is not personalised: Signalvexa does not know your position, capital, horizon, tax situation, or risk tolerance.
- Not a prediction. A probability describes how conditions have tended to resolve. It is not a forecast, and a 68% reading is entirely consistent with the opposite outcome.
- Not a guarantee. No output guarantees profit or protects against loss. Backtested statistics are historical, computed on one market over one period, and exclude fees, funding and slippage.
- Not an exchange or broker. Signalvexa holds no funds, executes no orders, and has no custody of any asset.
Crypto markets are volatile and largely unregulated. You can lose your entire position. Every decision you make is yours alone.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you register, for keeping your password secret, and for activity under your account. Tell the operator promptly if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to breach, overload, or probe the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not scrape or redistribute analyses in bulk, or resell output as your own service.
- Do not use Signalvexa to give financial advice to others, or present its output as advice.
- Do not circumvent rate limits or the authentication system.
5. Availability and data sources
Signalvexa depends on third-party market and news providers. Those can be slow, rate-limit requests, or fail. When a source is unavailable the affected factor is dropped from the weighting and the report says so rather than substituting a guess. The service is provided as-is, with no uptime commitment.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Signalvexa or reliance on its output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the narrowest permitted exclusion applies.
7. Changes and termination
These terms may change; material changes bump the consent version and prompt you to review them. The operator may suspend an account that breaches section 4. You may stop using Signalvexa and request deletion at any time.
