Refund Policy
Last updated 8 August 2026
Signalvexa subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are considered case by case — this page explains when one is likely, how to ask, and how long it takes.
1. What this covers
Signalvexa offers a free tier and two paid subscriptions, billed monthly in advance: Signalvexa Pro at $14.99 per month and Signalvexa Pro+ at $29.99 per month. This policy applies to those subscription payments. The free tier involves no payment and nothing to refund.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for every Signalvexa transaction. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice, and the refund itself. Signalvexa never receives or stores your card details.
2. Before you subscribe
Every account includes 15 free analyses so that you can judge whether Signalvexa is useful to you before paying anything. We encourage you to use them. A paid plan raises that allowance — to 500 analyses a month on Pro and 2,000 on Pro+ — and unlocks backtesting and advanced analysis; it does not change the nature of the output.
Signalvexa produces probabilistic assessments of market conditions. It is not financial advice and it does not predict prices. Dissatisfaction with the direction a market moved is not itself a basis for a refund, and no plan is sold on the basis of trading results.
3. When a refund is likely to be granted
Each request is reviewed individually. We approach the following in good faith and, in the ordinary case, expect to refund:
- Accidental purchases. A plan bought by mistake, or a plan bought twice in quick succession, where the service has not been meaningfully used. Tell us promptly and we will normally refund in full.
- Duplicate charges. Two charges for the same subscription period. The duplicate is refunded in full. This is a billing error on our side and you should never be out of pocket for it.
- Charges after cancellation. A renewal taken after you cancelled but before the cancellation took effect. Refunded in full.
- A service failure. A sustained outage, or a paid feature that did not work for you, where we were unable to put it right within a reasonable period.
- An unrecognised charge. A payment you did not authorise. Contact us and your bank; we will cooperate fully with any investigation.
4. When a refund is less likely
We will still consider any request, and nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law in your country. But in the normal course we are unlikely to refund:
- A subscription period that has been substantially used — for example, most of a month’s analysis allowance consumed before the request.
- Dissatisfaction with the content of an analysis, a probability, or a backtest result, where the service worked as described.
- Losses from trading or investment decisions. Signalvexa is an analysis tool and, as the Terms of Service set out, is not an adviser, broker, or exchange.
- Repeated requests across several billing periods, where the pattern suggests the service is not what you need. In that case we would rather help you cancel than continue billing you.
5. Cancellation and future billing
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, or through the Paddle customer portal linked from that page. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Cancelling does not, by itself, refund the period you have already paid for. Your plan stays active until the end of that period, and the billing page shows the exact date. You keep every paid feature until then, after which the account returns to the free tier with your history intact.
6. How to request a refund
Email hi.connecta@gmail.com from the address on the account. To let us deal with it in one reply rather than several, please include:
- The email address the subscription is under.
- Which plan it is, and roughly when you were charged.
- What went wrong, in your own words.
You can also request a refund directly through Paddle using the receipt emailed to you at the time of purchase, or via paddle.net, where Paddle’s buyer support can look up any transaction.
7. How long it takes
We aim to respond to refund requests within two business days. Where a refund is approved, Paddle issues it to the original payment method — there is no way to send it anywhere else.
Once issued, the money typically appears within 3–10 business days, though the exact timing is set by your bank or card issuer rather than by Paddle or by us. Some banks take longer, particularly across international borders.
8. Contact
For refunds, billing questions, or anything about your subscription, email hi.connecta@gmail.com. For payment records and invoices, Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net can help with any transaction.
This policy may change. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have as a consumer.
